ANHS Virtual Services (“I,” “me,” or “my”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit anhsvirtualservices.com or work with me, how it’s used, and the choices you have. The short version: I collect only what I need to respond to you and provide my services, I never sell your information, and you can ask me what I have about you at any time.
Information You Provide
When you contact me. If you email me or reach out through my contact information, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
When you schedule a consultation. Consultations are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the information you enter — typically your name, email address, and any details about your business you choose to share. Calendly’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.
When you purchase a support package. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by me or this website. I receive confirmation of your purchase along with your name and email address. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.
When you become a client. In the course of providing services, you may share business information, documents, and account access with me. That information is used only to perform the agreed services, is protected under the confidentiality terms of your service agreement, and is never sold or shared except as needed to perform the work or as required by law.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, this site’s hosting provider may automatically collect basic technical information when you visit — such as your browser type, device type, and pages viewed — through standard server logs and cookies. This information helps the site function and is not used to personally identify you. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; the site will still work.
How Your Information Is Used
I use the information described above to respond to your inquiries, schedule and hold consultations, provide and manage services, process payments, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. I do not send marketing emails unless you’ve asked to receive something from me, and I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Third-Party Services
This site and my business rely on a small number of service providers to operate: website hosting, Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), and my email provider. Each receives only the information necessary to do its job, and each maintains its own privacy policy. Links on this site may also lead to external websites (such as my social media profiles); this policy doesn’t cover those sites.
Data Retention
I keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — generally, for as long as we’re in contact or working together, plus the period required for tax and business records.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it (except where I’m required to retain records) by emailing hello@anhsvirtualservices.com. I’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s Privacy
This site and my services are intended for business owners and professionals, not children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
